The ITIL® 4 Strategist DPI course aims to adequately prepare participants to take the ITIL®4 Direct, Plan and Improve exam, as well as providing participants with the practical and strategic skills necessary to create a “Learning and improving IT organization” to plan and deliver continuous improvements with the necessary agility.

The ITIL® 4 Strategist DPI course is intended for: ITSM Managers or aspiring ITSM Managers. ITSM Practitioners. ITIL® 4 certified individuals at any level who wish to continue with the certification path.

You must have the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate to take the exam.

Our instructors are professionals and consultants who apply IT Service Management topics daily in the field in organizations of varying levels of complexity and across different sectors. They are certified at the highest IT Service Management level (ITIL), are ISO20000-1 and ISO270001 auditors, and are expert trainers accredited as ITIL® ATs (Accredited Trainers) by PeopleCert. The ITIL® training courses are delivered by "Green Mill Solutions," accredited as an ATO by PeopleCert.
