All You Need to Know
The course is intended for those with 2-4 years of experience in project lifecycle analysis, or in corporate functions that manage analysis activities, who wish to consolidate both their BA knowledge and skills and obtain the CCBA certification. It is aimed at a wide range of professionals who, working in modern and innovative companies, need to interact with stakeholders by analyzing problems and opportunities. Specifically, it includes consultants, requirements analysts, process analysts, testers, team leaders, project managers, designers, developers, and specialists involved in project analysis and the definition of business solutions.
To obtain the certification, the following are required:
- 3,750 hours of work experience as a BA in the last 7 years
- 2 references
- 21 hours of training in the last 4 years
- Adherence to the “Code of Ethical Conduct & Professional Standards”
- Successful completion of the CCBA exam (proctored)
