CBAP® – Certified Business Analyst Professional – IIBA®

By participating in this program, you will learn the core elements of Business Analysis, the five Business Analysis Knowledge Areas, and the fifty techniques and underline competencies according to the framework of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), the leading global organization in the discipline.
The program will allow you to consolidate the BA skills you will need to demonstrate for the CBAP(R) exam. On the exam, you must demonstrate your ability to apply your BA knowledge by qualifying your application skills.

The course is intended for experienced analysts with 5-7 years of experience in analysis, feasibility studies, business model development, business case definition, and project lifecycle analysis or corporate functions. Those who manage strategic analysis and change initiatives, plan and manage analysis activities, and coordinate business analysts and specialists wish to demonstrate their professionalism by pursuing the CBAP® certification . It is aimed at experienced professionals who, working in modern and innovative companies, need to assess business needs by interacting with key stakeholders to find appropriate, valuable solutions.

To be admitted to the exam (prerequisites) the following are required:

• 7,500 hours of work experience in the last 10 years
• Experience in at least 4 of the 6 BABOK® Guide knowledge areas
• 2 References (from managers, clients, colleagues, CBAP professionals)
• 35 hours of training in the last 4 years
