What You Will Learn
Course Curriculum
The 3-day course can be divided into three 8-hour daily sessions or six 4-hour daily sessions. Sessions can be delivered either in a physical classroom or via interactive remote connection in Live Virtual Classroom mode.

– Introduction to AgilePM
– Philosophy and principles of AgilePM
– Roles and responsibilities in an Agile project
– Agile project life cycle
– Agile techniques: MoSCoW, iterative development, timeboxing
– Governance and control in AgilePM
– Requirements management in AgilePM
– Testing, estimation, and progress measurement.
In addition to the technical concepts and numerous practical exercises, a mock exam will be conducted.
At the end of the course, the exam session will be held to obtain the APMG AGILE PM Practitioner certification.
