The PRINCE2 Practitioner course focuses on the application of the methodology and provides skills to: - promptly recognize the best solution to implement for specific project situations; - adapt the framework to different contexts and scenarios, starting with real-world case studies; - use tools and levers to manage projects, effectively identifying and managing critical issues. Furthermore, the course prepares students for the PRINCE2 Practitioner 7th Edition exam.

To take the Prince2® Practitioner 7th edition certification exam, you must have one of the following certifications:
– Prince2® Foundation – 6th or 7th Edition
– Prince2® Practitioner – 6th Edition
– Project Management Professional (PMP)

PROFICE is accredited as an ATO Affiliate and delivers the course in collaboration with Partner Green Mill Solutions, an ATO accredited by PeopleCert.

The final certification exam is included in the course and can be scheduled independently AFTER the course has ended by accessing the PeopleCert certification body’s online exam platform. The exam for the 7th Edition will be held in English and will be proctored remotely via webcam and microphone. Upon passing the exam, each participant will be able to download a copy of their certificate from the PeopleCert portal. All courses in the PeopleCert Group portfolio are offered exclusively with the certification exam included.
