What You Will Learn
Course Curriculum
The 3-day course can be divided into three 8-hour daily sessions or six 4-hour daily sessions. Sessions can be delivered either in a physical classroom or via interactive remote connection in Live Virtual Classroom mode.

– Introduction to AgilePM
– Philosophy and principles of AgilePM
– Roles and responsibilities in an Agile project
– Agile project life cycle
– Agile techniques: MoSCoW, iterative development, timeboxing
– Governance and control in AgilePM
– Requirements management in AgilePM
– Testing, estimation, and progress measurement.
In addition to the technical concepts and numerous practical exercises, a mock exam will be conducted.
At the end of the course, the exam session will be held to obtain the APMG AGILE PM Practitioner certification.

The cost varies by certification and level. Through Profice, AgilePM Practitioner training starts from €1,190, covering instructor-led delivery, official courseware and the exam. Combined Foundation and Practitioner tracks, or higher-level APMG certifications, are typically priced higher due to the additional exam and content.
The AgilePM Practitioner exam is noticeably harder than the Foundation exam: it's a 2.5-hour, open-book, scenario-based assessment that tests your ability to apply the framework to a realistic project situation, rather than simply recognising terminology. Candidates who complete the Foundation level first and work through the practitioner case studies during training tend to find it manageable.
An AgilePM certification, taken through Profice, starts from €990 for Foundation and €1,190 for Practitioner when booked individually, with the exam included in both cases. Booking Foundation and Practitioner together as a combined track is usually more cost-effective than booking each separately.
The AgilePM Practitioner course runs over 2 days and is delivered as Online Live instructor-led training, with the official APMG open-book exam included in the course fee.
