Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the entire audit process, from program definition to reporting results. The course combines lectures with practical exercises, discussions, and role-plays simulating situations that may arise during audits. At the end of the course, an exam on the ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard, recognized by AICQ-SICEV, will be administered.

Participation requires knowledge of the IT sector and basic skills in related processes.
At the end of the training, a half-day will be dedicated to specific exam preparation with simulations and in-depth discussions on the topics covered in the course.

To attend only the three-day ISO22301 course (Module 2), you must have obtained at least one other ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO20000-1, etc.) in the last three years.
Otherwise, you must also attend the two-day ISO19011 – Auditing Techniques course (Module 1).
