By the end of the course, participants will be able to: – Understand the operation of the Business Continuity Management system in accordance with ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27031 and ISO/IEC 24762. – Identify the objectives and main contents of the Business Continuity processes within ISO 22301; – Identify the requirements of a Business Continuity Management System; – Understand the relationship between a Business Continuity Management System, including risk management, controls and compliance with the requirements of the organization’s various stakeholders; – Improve the ability to analyze an organization’s internal and external environment, assess risks and make decision-making controls in the context of a BCMS.

The ISO 22301 Lead Auditor course is aimed at professionals who wish to develop the necessary skills to audit a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). It is specifically designed for anyone wishing to learn how to perform both internal and external audits based on the ISO 22301 standard.

High school diploma or equivalent.

To attend only the 3-day ISO22301 course (Module 2), it is necessary to have obtained at least one other ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor certification in the last 3 years (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO20000-1, etc.).

Otherwise, it is mandatory to also attend the 2-day ISO19011 – Auditing Techniques course (Module 1).

At the end of the training, a half-day will be dedicated to specific exam preparation with simulations and in-depth discussions on the topics covered in the course.

To attend only the three-day ISO22301 course (Module 2), you must have obtained at least one other ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO20000-1, etc.) in the last three years.

Otherwise, you must also attend the two-day ISO19011 – Auditing Techniques course (Module 1).
