The ITIL® 4 Specialist: IT Asset Management course aims to prepare participants to use the concepts of the ITIL® 4 ITAM framework to promote effective financial management and governance, control costs, manage risks, monitor, and ensure compliance. This module will also support effective decision-making regarding the purchase, reuse, retirement, and disposal of IT assets and assess the sustainability of IT asset decommissioning and disposal.

This course is intended for IT professionals already certified ITIL® 4 Foundation who wish to obtain the ITIL 4 Specialist IT AM certification.

You must have the ITIL® Foundation Certificate to take the exam.

The instructors are professionals and consultants who apply IT Service Management topics on a daily basis in the field in organizations of varying levels of complexity and in different sectors. They are certified with the highest level of IT Service Management (ITIL), as well as ISO20000-1 and ISO270001 auditors, and expert trainers accredited as ITIL® ATs (Accredited Trainers) by PeopleCert. PROFICE is accredited as an ATO Affiliate and delivers the course in collaboration with its Partner Green Mill Solutions, an ATO accredited by PeopleCert.
