Course Overview
What You Will Learn
The course aims to provide participants with an understanding of how digital organizations and digital operating models function in a high-velocity environment, focusing on the rapid delivery of products and services to maximize value. This includes explicit reference to principles, models, and concepts such as Agile, Lean, and the Toyota Kata. The course also prepares participants to take the ITIL®4 High Velocity IT exam, for IT professionals who wish to obtain the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) title.
Who Should Attend
This course is aimed at IT professionals already certified ITIL® 4 Foundation, who wish to obtain the title of ITIL Managing Professional (MP).
Prerequisites
You must have the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate to take the exam.
