Course Overview
What You Will Learn
The course aims to provide participants with knowledge of how to integrate different value streams and processes to create, deliver, and support IT products and services, while illustrating relevant practices, methods, and tools for this purpose. The course also introduces the criteria for defining and evaluating service performance, service quality, and continuous improvement methods. Finally, the course aims to adequately prepare participants to take the ITIL®4 Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) exam, for IT professionals wishing to obtain the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) title.
Who Should Attend
This course is aimed at IT professionals already certified ITIL® 4 Foundation, who wish to obtain the title of ITIL Managing Professional (MP).
Prerequisites
You must have the ITIL® Foundation Certificate to take the exam.
