Course Overview

What You Will Learn

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to understand and apply the principles of UNI/PdR 125:2022. They will be able to adopt specific performance indicators (KPIs) in relation to the six areas of evaluation: culture and strategy, governance, processes, human resources, growth opportunities and inclusion of women in the company, gender pay equity, parenting, and work-life balance. Participants will also acquire the skills necessary to measure and improve the level of gender equality in their organizations, thus contributing to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Who Should Attend

This course is aimed at auditors, aspiring auditors, and lead auditors, as well as human resources managers, managers, business consultants, and anyone involved in managing inclusion and gender equality policies in organizations.

Prerequisites

– High school diploma or higher education qualification.
– If you have already obtained a previous A/LA certification in another ISO standard, recognized by AICQ-SICEV or another equivalent training body, you may only participate in Module 2. Otherwise, you must attend both Modules for a total of 4 days.
