The purpose of the ITIL® 4 Foundation course is twofold: 1) to familiarize participants with the key elements, concepts, and terminology of ITIL® 4, including the four dimensions of IT Service Management, the Service Value System, and the Service Value Chain, the Guiding Principles, and key IT Management Practices . 2) to guide participants toward achieving the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification, the first step toward accessing the more advanced levels of certification, such as ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP) and/or ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader (SL), up to the maximum level of ITIL® 4 Master.

The ITIL® 4 Foundation course is aimed at: IT Professionals, Consultants, Managers and Auditors, such as CIOs, CTOs, IT/IS Managers, IT Consultants, Business Managers, Service Test Managers, ITSM Team Leaders, Designers, Planners and Trainers, and in general anyone who is already working or is about to enter, an IT Service Management environment or connected to ServiceNow.

ITIL® 4 Foundation requires a basic knowledge of Service Management and English for those who prefer the course with the materials in English.
To take the exam, you must have a PC with administrator privileges and no UDP and TCP ports blocked by security systems.

The instructors are professionals and consultants who apply IT Service Management topics daily in the field in organizations of varying levels of complexity and across different sectors. They are certified at the highest level as IT Service Management ITIL® experts, as well as ISO20000-1 and ISO270001 auditors. They are also expert trainers accredited as ITIL® ATs (Accredited Trainers) by PeopleCert. PROFICE is accredited as an ATO Affiliate and delivers the course in collaboration with its partner, Green Mill Solutions, a PeopleCert-accredited ATO.
