The course aims to provide the knowledge necessary to conduct first-, second-, and third-party audits of Quality Management Systems according to the ISO9001:2015 model and ISO19011:2018 audit techniques.

Aspiring auditors and lead auditors of quality management systems (QMS).

– This course, for those intending to obtain an Auditor / Lead Auditor certification for the ISO 9001 standard, requires previous attendance and passing of the 16-hour course “Auditing Techniques: ISO 19011 – Module 1” accredited by AICQ-SICEV or another equivalent accreditation body or, alternatively, attendance and passing of an AICQ-SICEV accredited course according to the Environment, Safety, Security, or Energy Management Schemes;
– High school diploma;
– Passing the AICQ-SICEV entry questionnaire on knowledge of QMS.

Participants who successfully complete the required tests will receive a course completion certificate (AICQ-SICEV recognized) for the professional role of quality management systems auditor/lead auditor.
Failure to pass the course will result in a certificate of participation, with the option to retake the exam only once within 12 months.
Participants are not permitted to miss more than 5% of the scheduled time for the entire course.
