The course, in addition to guiding participants towards obtaining the APMG International DT Method certification , also aims to provide participants with the practical knowledge necessary to apply the Design Thinking Methodology in projects and scenarios for designing solutions that are both desirable and feasible for the user . In addition to understanding the use of tools (DTTools) and practical methods (DTRules), participants will also learn: - how to create and manage a team of designers made up of people from different company areas, or even partners and suppliers (DTRoles). - how to generate as many ideas as possible, analyze them and select the most suitable ones to model, test and refine (DTMethod). - how to interpret and manage the differences between the online and stationary DTMethod processes.

The course is aimed at all professionals who want to explore new methodologies for project management and the search for alternative and innovative solutions, especially in the context of digital transformation. The Design Thinking Method does not require any particular requirements, other than adequate knowledge of the English language to take the final exam in English.
