The course is intended for experienced analysts with 5-7 years of experience in analysis, feasibility studies, business model development, business case definition, and project lifecycle analysis or corporate functions. Those who manage strategic analysis and change initiatives, plan and manage analysis activities, and coordinate business analysts and specialists wish to demonstrate their professionalism by pursuing the CBAP® certification . It is aimed at experienced professionals who, working in modern and innovative companies, need to assess business needs by interacting with key stakeholders to find appropriate, valuable solutions.
To be admitted to the exam (prerequisites) the following are required:
- 7,500 hours of work experience in the last 10 years
- Experience in at least 4 of the 6 BABOK® Guide knowledge areas
- 2 References (from managers, clients, colleagues, CBAP professionals)
- 35 hours of training in the last 4 years
