Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to apply the philosophy and core principles of AgilePM in a project context, properly configure an Agile project lifecycle, and use popular Agile techniques such as MoSCoW prioritization, iterative development, and timeboxing. Furthermore, they will understand and be able to assign roles and responsibilities within an Agile project, effectively managing project governance and control. Participants will also acquire skills in requirements management, testing, estimating, and measuring Agile project progress, thus improving the efficiency and quality of project deliverables.

The course is aimed at project managers, team leaders, project team members, and anyone involved in project management who wishes to deepen their Agile Project Management skills.

To access the AgilePM Practitioner certification you must have the AgilePM Foundation certificate.
