The course is aimed at Project Managers, project team leaders, experienced managers of the company’s Project Management Office, and Function Directors.
To access the ACP® certification, you must meet the following requirements:
– Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma;
– 21 contact hours of agile training (provided by this course).
– 12 months of general project team experience gained in the last 5 years. Those who have already obtained the PMI PMP® or PgMP® certifications implicitly already meet this requirement.
– 8 months of experience in agile project teams gained in the last 3 years.
– Slides presented during the course;
– Final simulation test;
