The course, in addition to guiding participants toward APMG International's Agile (BC) Scrum Master certification, also aims to provide participants with the necessary practical knowledge to apply Agile and Scrum to projects and to adapt Scrum to a specific scenario : - Acquire a deep understanding of the Scrum Framework—theory, best practices, roles, rules, and values—as defined in The Scrum Guide. - Understand the role of the Scrum Master and interactions with Scrum Team members and stakeholders. - Master Scrum principles to better understand their application in the field. - Build an effective development team with an appropriate mix of skills and experience. - Know how to act as a servant leader for the Scrum Team, promoting and enabling self-organization to create high-value products. - Discover how to facilitate Scrum Events and remove obstacles to Scrum Team progress. - Help shape and refine product backlogs, guiding the early and incremental delivery of products with greater business value. - Promote the adoption of the Scrum framework for more effective product and solution development, working with stakeholders and other Scrum practitioners to improve its effectiveness.

This course is intended for professionals involved in the development of products and solutions using the Scrum framework, Scrum Masters, Managers and members of the Scrum team, Solution Developers and Testers, Team Leaders, Process Owners and Managers and in general anyone who aspires to become a Scrum Master

There are no formal prerequisites to access the course

The teacher is a Senior Scrum Master, officially accredited by APMG International
