This information, drawn up in compliance with the GDPR 679/16, is also made pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 to those who interact with the Web Services of Profice Srl (P. IVA 02487960201), hereinafter also Profice, through this Privacy Policy intends to define your rights and answer all your questions relating to the management of personal data.

- In the event that you contact us by telephone, the calls could be recorded for quality, training and safety reasons, in accordance with the legitimate interests of Profice;

Direct electronic marketing will be used only after you have given your consent to receive it, or (where it is allowed) will be granted the opportunity to cancel this option. However, you will continue to have the opportunity to cancel from any electronic marketing activity directed at any time, following the instructions specified in specific communication.

3. With whom and where will we share your personal information?

In the event that you are a customer, we will hold out your information for the duration of the contractual relationship between you and Profice, and subsequently for a period of 12 months.
In the event that you are a potential customer, and if you have expressly agreed to be contacted by Profice, we will keep your data (a) until you decide not to receive any communication from Profice anymore or, if you have given up to receive them, (b) until you interact with us and with our content; or (c) for 12 months since you interacted for the last time with us or with our content.
In the case of any contact that you may have with the customer service team, we will take this information until necessary to solve the problem and then for two weeks since the problem was solved.
We will take the information that concerns you for a short period beyond the specified conservation period, to allow the revision of information and to allow its cancellation. In some cases, Profice could be required by law to keep certain information for specific periods different from what is indicated above.
In the event that you are a customer, we will hold out your information for the duration of the contractual relationship between you and Profice, and subsequently for a period of 12 months.

5. Where are your data archived?

Furthermore, they could be processed by staff outside the EA which operates on behalf of Profice or one of its suppliers, in which case the European Commission must have approved the legislation on the protection of the third country's data or other adequate protection measures must be taken. 6. What are your rights in relation to your personal data?
You have the right to ask us not to elaborate your personal data for commercial purposes. You can exercise your rights to avoid this processing by appealing certain boxes on the forms with which we collect your data, or by selecting the "UnsuscriBe" button (cancel registration) on any communication that we send you, or also contacting Profice.
In the event that you have given the consent to the use of your personal data by Profice, you can withdraw this consent at any time.
