Contractual clauses
Courses:
Withdrawal/cancellation: The customer, by e-mail to direction@profice.it, will be able to cancel from the contract without penalties within and no later than the 15th day before the start date of the course: in this case Profice will refuse the entire share paid. In addition to this term, profice will be able to retain a penalty of 50 EU, or, if the cancellation request received in the last 3 days from the start course, the full registration fee.
Cancellation of the course: Profice reserves the right to cancel the course for serious impediments or for failure to achieve the minimum number of participants, at any time, re -founding what was paid.
Organizational aspects: (1) Registration is intended to be perfected at the time of the reception, by the Corsi Secretariat, of this form completed in all its parts. Upon reaching the minimum number of participants, a registration confirmation will be sent by fax or e-mail, at the latest within 10 calendar days from the start date of the course. (2) the certificates will be issued in digital format after participation in the course and paid.
PAYMENT: The payment must be made, following the confirmation sent by the Corsi Secretariat, by bank transfer (or credit card with 3% surcharge)
Funding training: It is possible to make use of the funded training by agreeing with profice the administrative obligations before the course.
Editorial products:
Withdrawal/cancellation: The customer, by e-mail to direction@profice.it, has the right to withdraw from the purchase in compliance with the exercise of the right of withdrawal in force for digital and paper editorial products.
PAYMENT: For online products, the payment must be made in advance to delivery, according to the methods made available during the purchase phase.
